If you like Chinese food, buy Sesame Oil. Adding it to your meals gives them an instant Chinese flavor. That’s my golden advice for the day.
Check out this Moo Shu recipe and use up that cabbage! I used our garden onions instead of scallions, both work well. Use pork, chicken or keep it veggie. And of course, ignore the “coleslaw mix” part and use your garden cabbage. Moo Shu is traditionally served in a pancake…but not the pancakes you are thinking of. Since those are hard to find and make, I recommend serving it over rice or wrapped in lettuce leaves.
