Radish + Butter + Salt

Looking for a fresh way to enjoy those few loose radishes? Put a smear of butter on them and dip them in flaky/kosher/sea salt (just a little bit). Try different salts for more flavor: truffle salt, fleur de sel or any dry herbs from the cupboard.

 

You can find a variety of salts from the 2nd Street Market in Dayton, or, at a bargain, TJ Maxx and Marshalls.
